Shipping Policy

We ship beautiful ethnic wear from Siliguri, West Bengal to customers across India. Here is what to expect when you order from Silhouette by Erish.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding public holidays). You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery timeline

Metro cities: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Rest of India: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Remote or pin-code–restricted areas may take longer; carriers may contact you for delivery coordination.

Delivery estimates are guidelines, not guarantees. Weather, festivals, and carrier delays can occasionally affect arrival times.

Shipping charges

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay. We may offer free shipping on orders above a minimum value—check the announcement bar on our homepage for current offers.

Order tracking

Use Track Your Order with your order number and email, or open the tracking link in your shipping message.

Address & delivery attempts

Please enter your complete address with pin code and an active phone number. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

Cash on delivery (COD)

Where COD is available, please keep the exact payable amount ready. Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may limit future COD eligibility on your account.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. International delivery is not available at this time.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, or if the parcel arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
